Refund & Return Policy

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Sale items or purchases made with discounts are non-returnable.
  • Custom-made or tailored kurtas/shalwars cannot be returned.

3. How to Return an Item

To start a return, contact us at info@petersham.online. with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide a return shipping address.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how you can cancel your order:

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us at info@petersham.online with your order number.
  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return it as per our Return Policy.
  • For custom-made or tailored items, cancellations are not allowed once production has started.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; shipping costs may apply.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  • Items damaged or used beyond normal inspection.
  • Accessories or items bundled with kurtas/shalwars (unless defective).

8. Late or Missing Refunds
