1. Order Processing

At Petersham, we process all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Pakistan). You’ll be notified via email if there’s a delay due to high demand or stock unavailability.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (Pakistan): 3-7 business days – PKR 200
• Express Shipping (Pakistan): 1-3 business days – PKR 500
• International Shipping: 7-15 business days – Rates vary by destination

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We also offer free delivery on selected orders to make your shopping experience even better!

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your kurta or shalwar order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery progress.

4. International Shipping

• We ship to selected international destinations from Karachi.
• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery times may extend due to customs clearance processes.

5. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to national holidays, weather conditions, or third-party courier issues. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your package is lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• We’re not liable for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen thereafter.
• For damaged items, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
